@Wrobel any chance or possibility to ever get damage reported so we can see how much of the total hit we mitigated?! Currently, us PC players (poor Console smucks) only see the value of the damage we receive in our addons. It's impossible to get an idea how much our gear / champ points / other stuff mitigated this value. AFAIK an addon only gets calculated actual damage value.
In games like DAoC, the damage was shown as 800(-132) .. meaning you received 800 damage, but the actual hit was 932 damage and you mitigated 132 of it. IMHO This helps in showing people the "value" of the gear you wear and might help in convincing people it's actually worthwhile to wear that armor set with XXX Spell Resists. Added bonus.. it helps my OCD
Or is this something that will be present in the Scrolling Combat Text ZOS is working on already?

It is certainly not near the top of the priority list.
But it is sooo easy to code: the incoming Damage is known, needs only to be called and represented, like the kind of Damage.
