Xellos77✭✭✭You can make it happen. Make sure to stress you want active members only, keep the bank closed off to those not considered "first class members", and encourage use of guild chat (and website, if you host one!).
With the ability to be in 5 guilds, I saw people (myself included) drift through guilds like a feather in the wind. Dig your heels in, focus on your task, and select strong officers of like mind. You'll do well
