IC Sewers - Inner Portals STILL Bugged

So I heard last Monday's update would fix the inner portals at the center of Imperial City Sewers. I did not see them active for over one month. So after Monday, I went there, and yes one inner portal seemed active.
Since then, however, I have made numerous trips to the center and the inner portals are bugged as they were before. No enemies, no Molag Bal. I thought you guys had fixed this?
Can someone please look into this? It is really bothering me now.

✭It bothers me too. As someone who's collected all skyshards and killed all the sewer bosses, I only go to IC now for a few dailies when the mood strikes... the 6-12 man groups that would spontaneously form to venture into the centre to get the encounter were great fun but no one really cares any more. The sewers are now semi-deserted, only people still around are gankers and farmers.PC-EU0
