Refreshing Path DoT not processing Siphoning Strikes or Valkyn?

Refreshing Path (the Nightblade morph of Path of Darkness) is supposed to do Damage over Time to enemies and Heal over Time to allies in the path. Abilities like Siphoning Strikes or the Valkyn Skoria set doesn't seem to be registering the DoT from that skill. Is Refreshing Path broken- or is it not supposed to process those abilities?
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

Twisted path does proc both Siphoning Strikes and Valkyn Skoria, so in general most NB take that instead, even when tanking and healing, because the boon to the Siphon Strikes procs is potent on resource return.0 -

If Twisted Path procs these then it's a bug. I don't see why they would have one morph proc it without mentioning it.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

If it is indeed intended than it is stupid. The tooltips clearly state all non-basic attack have chance to trigger it.1 -

✭✭✭So, we need some clarification as to whether Twisting Path/Refreshing Path should be processing Siphoning Strikes. Both abilities are DoT- so both should either proc it or not proc it. ✭I noticed this too I almost never set strikes so I had refreshing morphed before strikes so I thought it was intended. I never have to use it now though...PS4 NA
