I've followed the instructions on various threads and Windows 10, .NET, video drivers, etc. are up to date. I've also tried re-downloading the installer and running it as administrator. I can't get past "preparing to install". When the bar fills, the dialog box disappears and nothing further happens. There is not a process running in Task Manager. I've tried the various compatibility options available with Windows 10 with no success.
