How? I thought that the xivkyn chest motif only dropped from the planar and legion chests.

I think every chest drops every page

Only Ancient Orc got that treatment, but Xivkyn can be found in any trophy vault

Perhaps ZOS added a 0 onto whatever the % chance increase was.
Whatever the case...two rings in the same chest just shows how broken RNG is.
