Who do we talk to? Purple fish

Looking to go for the purple fish in wrothgar. Who is the npc we should talk to? And where is she?

I don't think you need to talk to her, but she's on a wooden pier at the village south of Morkul.

She tells you she saw it at sunset and that you should take some friends if you want to catch it. What I did was get 2 more people during in-game night time. Caught it about 10 mins later. Everyone in the group got the fish from the same hole.

Lol, I didn't know this. It was literally the first fish I caught in Wrothgar, alone in the evening XD

Was bugged after Orsinium launched, you could get it easily any time of the day. Last patch notes for PC say it's been fixed so you can only get it "under the intended conditions" or something like this. Don't know what the status is on consoles.

I found the fish after about 2-3 fishing holes around that npc at sunset (sun still visible over the western sea)

I dont talk to fish,..especially Purple ones.
