'30 Day Standard' 1 Point each...

I have been away from ESO for a while and only came back recently to check out Orsinium (It's awesome) but I went to try out some more PvP and I saw how the campaigns had changed. The main big campaigns are the '30 day standard' and the information states that 'All PVP objectives earn 1 point.' What? That seems to me that it would ruin all of the strategic taking of keeps and epic fights to get scrolls. What is even the point in any of it when you can just go and grab some Resources in a couple of minutes and get the same amount of points.

There are 0 campaigns that have the orginal Rule set. I think I can about remeber what it was:
Scrolls - 25 Points
Keeps - 10 Points
Resources - 5 Points

Why is there no campains that keep this Ruleset. All the PvP was originally designed for this Ruleset and it encouraged people to push on to attack to claim a scroll or take that keep. It all just seems pointless and worthelss now when you could just run round the map taking a bunch of resources. Why do we even have 'Elder Scroll Temples' when we could just have a Farm Temple instead with a Floating Cow in the centre of the room instead of some cheap 1 Point Scroll.

I'm ok with having different Rule sets but not even have ONE campaign with the Origincal Ruleset that makes the most sense seems really stupid.

Opinions?

I think its good. Stops people grabbing everything at the start of the campaign and sitting at home keeps for 30days although this is still a tactic, they're not racking up 5x as much points simply by turtling at home.

It also encourages people to focus on more than one target and spreads out the population, which I think is the main reasons the new rulesets came in.
