Will Combat Physician 5 piece proc the new Trinimac's Valor 5 piece?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Combat Physician 5 piece will proc the new Trinimac's Valor 5 piece? Thanks guys.

I don't think so. I did it on the PTS and after proccing the shield from Combat Physician 40 times I never once got a proc from Trinimac's Valour.

Same here, it does not proc Trinimac. Sadly, would be an awesome synergy.

What exactly procs it?? From reading the gear set, i can only think of three different shields that you can put on another player.

The tooltip of Trinimac's Valor states:
"20% chance when you cast a Damage Shield on an ally to call down a fragment of Trinimac that heals allies and damages enemies in the area. Can only occur once every 3 seconds."

Damage shields that can be casted on allies are:
-Barrier (Support)
-Obsidian Shield (DK)
-Steadfast Ward (Resto staff)

It seems effects that proc a dmg shield on allies dont proc Trinimac.

The Bone Shield probably also doesnt proc Trinimac because the activation of the synnergy applies the dmg shield to allies.
