Perfect Roe - "low" level farming?

Hi!
Soon played 2 weeks and I'm level 38 atm.
I like to switch up what I do, to not get bored of the game.
Do some questin, mix it up with some grinding and the level my professions.
I would like to do some gold farming, is it viable at 38 or should I just wait?
Would be fun to start doing some fishing to get those Perfect Roes

Are they only dropped in high level areas?

pelennor_fields✭✭✭It is a random drop from ANY non trophy fish. Just catch a stack and clean them. Good luck!0 -

myrrrorb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It's a really low drop rate for the perfect roe, so I would definitely go for master angler while farming it. There are some beautiful locations out there, so kick back, relax, and pick up a fishy Stix recipe!0 -
