IC center event bugged out

Hi All,
Maby there is a topic, but I coudn't find it.
For at least a week the center event in the imperial city is stuck.
The portals are up, there are no mobs and no final boss.
The smaller portals do work.
They don;t time out and restart nothing works.
Please fix this,
And do please do maintenence every week.
I'm not allone in noticing things get more sluggisch when the servers are not kept up to date.
A restart does wonders... and it should be low effort.
