    That's been going on for a while. I have great, consistent FPS and yet terrible stutter sometimes.

    Issue is not confined to specific zones for me on the PS4. V1 character having issues in Auridon and lowbie having issues in Glenumbra. Both have issues in Cyrodiil and dungeons as well. Here's to hoping for a fix before the weekend. Nothing going on and crazily looking forward to the Vet / CP grind...
    Characters are all some variation of Whiskey or Jiu-Jitsu...

    Yeah this isn't just Coldharbour that has the problem. Wrothgar, Stonefalls, The Rift and Stormhaven for me on the forever loading screens. PC on NA servers.

    So it wasn't just me this morning.

    Yeah, couldn't zone in to Coldharbour. PC NA server. Had to finally give up and go to work.
