Sure I lose a light attack, but im thinking the passive and the swords themselves make up for it
(Not to mention my build is all oblivion or "magic" based so the CPs that would buff staff I don't use)

Magicka build (all attribute points into Magicka)
wearing all light armor to get the maximum buff
Players say, "doh, you need to use DW (dual-wield) to get the maximum DPS"
But, when I ask what 2 weapons, which skill passive, the answer i get is "L2P" and then ignored.
Details please.....Thank You....

Maybe i worded the question wrong... but im trying to figure out what attacks you use if you have DW swords instead of destro staff?
My guesses would be:
Velocious curse (but its a 3.5 sec wait time.. what do you do while its charging?)
Prox dex (has delay.. what do you do while its charging?)
Mages wrath (dmg seems weak.. does DW really buff the dmg that much?)
liquid lightning (aoe attack... people will just move out it)
crystal frags (for sure used.. but do you hardcast it? i would think thats not a good idea)
mainly im just confused as to what attack you would rely on... unless you want one of those prox det timing builds or want to lose healing ward which i really find useful....
any guidance is much appreciated

The short answer... you can't as a sorc.
The long answer... Trapping Webs is a piece of poop and this is what you'd be reduced to using without a destruction staff as your spammable ability. It is inferior in every way to force pulse/crushing shock as it does less damage and costs more mana to do it.
It also synergizes extremely poorly with what is basically the only real option for a sorc ult: Overload. Overload is elemental damage and so is force shock+morphs. Webs are magic damage.
Long story short you can maximize damage by having a destro staff main bar and a dw 2ndary bar for one-and-done things like Liquid Lightning/Execute/Insert Utility Buffs here, but there is no such thing as a maximized damage build for a sorc that doesn't use a destruction staff. It simply doesn't exist because you're reduced to having to use trapping webs, and that skill is terrible.
The above poster should have just stopped when he said it's impossible. It might as well be if you plan on doing competitive damage. 5% damage from Twin Blade and Blunt doesn't even begin to account even for the medium weave damage difference.
