Can't zone to Stonefalls

1) Wife opens up a trial account so that she can try the game I love.
2) Gets through tutorial.
3) Can't zone to Stonefalls - even gets a "Your transfer failed".
4) Meanwhile, I've tried to move my EP character to Stonefalls 4 times, and 4 times I have been unable to zone-in to Stonefalls. Other zones work fine.

Oddly, I can log into characters in Stonefalls, like an alt at the bank.
But my one character in some vaults for the quest line now can't exit those vaults back into Stonefalls. I've been trying for some time.
We'll my Argonian will be playing with her mudcrab in some daedric vaults used by elves for dead people with no humor. I guess things could be worse?1 -
Nyrielle✭✭Trying to log into Stonefalls this happened multiple times tonight logging into game. Currently my husband has a character that is stuck trying to zone into Stonefalls across a zone line. When this happened to me at a shrine I could at least log into another character and that seemed to unstick the other one and it put me back in the original zone. I think there's something going on with the servers; I was kicked from Coldharbor and now can't log in again (unable to connect to game server message) and it appears others are having similar issues; see this thread.0 -

Jofish✭✭✭Ok, we've determined the issue and it does appear to be affecting only Coldharbour and Stonefalls on NA, and also isn't affecting everyone. Unfortunately, the fix we need to implement requires many teams that aren't available right now and, honestly, is too risky to do without them. We will address this first thing in the morning, and it likely won't take very long. In the meantime, we encourage you to log into alts that are in other zones, if possible. We apologize that this is happening, and will keep an eye out for further issues.
