Consoles gotta go through Microsoft/Sony first. In oreder to maximize efficiency they are now doing fixes in lump sums.
They would do more quick fixes if it was cost efficient in consoles.
I know it was said before, it looked like it got passed over.
I was also sad bout the innerlight toggle... but now I dont use it... i may...

He is completely correct in saying he should be allowed a refund. Since orsinium on xbox na I havn't seen Molag or anything in the center spawn even with the middle portals glowing blue. Unacceptable for the MAIN EVENT of a dlc to completely not work.
The worst part is the crazy amount of time it takes for zos to fix these sorts of issues. I mean why do we have to wait weeks and even then wait till maintenance. And for larger balancing issues why are we forced to wait for major updates when all changes are done at once causing a whole raft of other issues.

Yeah, I hadn't considered that before and I feel a bit dumb now, but it is what it is. I understand it needing to go through the consoles makers first.
I know they have been aware for awhile now and I was really thinking that last weeks patch was going to fix it since they have known about it for a while now and it's a key feature in one of their only DLC's.0 -

I understand it takes time and money to update and fix issues. However on major issues like this you would think it would be one of their top priorities and I couldn't imagine it taking more than a week to fix and that's even with testing.

However! This was the first time we got an actual response and not, "fixes coming soon" so im trying to keep a good attitude towards it. Hopefully we can encourage ZoS to continue giving us more specific information about our concerns.0 -

YO support it's about a hundred players here experiencing this and you troll me with some relog advice? How is me relogging going to fix a problem a hundred players are experiencing?0 -

I do agree with you. I have been remaining positive this entire time and hopeful of a speedy fix. I do want them to be more open and honest about problems and share more about possible fixes and solutions they are working on. Its just after weeks of there still being no change or fix in place, it gets a little frustrating.... I've gone to IC several times every week since I've purchased it still hopeful that I might get lucky and be able to complete it just once, but I haven't been able to. Yeah I know I spent money for a dye, but how is that any different than people buying the costumes, pets or mounts? Its purely cosmetic and it was worth the money to me to be able to use a really nice dye. Weeks later though, I'm still unable to get the dye and it's not caused by anything else other than the event being broken and unable to be completed.1 -

You say you have a fix for it internally but are testing it before you make it live? How many weeks ago did you say that? If it's not fixed or I don't receive a refund, I will never put a single penny into this game again.... I'm not going to pay hard earned money for broken content that I can't even use....

I feel for you, Id be broken hearted (cuz in my world 25 bucks can be extremely important) if what I was looking for was not working (still kinda convincing myself IC was worth it for farming...)
Oh and about support... For all my time playing, The BEST help came from the forums.0 -

I just want them to know that I don't appreciate paying for broken content and it being broken for such a lengthy amount of time and if they don't do something about it soon they will lose my business... and that's not a demand or a threat @ZOS_Alex that is simply a statement and a promise that you can't hold against me. Want to keep my business? Fix major issues in a timely fashion....0

In my world $25 can be a lot of money as well... I'm not rich or even well off by any means, but I have always supported TES since Morrowind, buying all available dlc and preorders and such. I honestly wasn't even going to buy IC because it seemed like a waste, but I really wanted that dye Lol... If I want pvp, there is cyrodil where I can do it for free. If I want pve, there is the rest of tamriel. If I want both at the same time, I still have delves in cyrodil and the daily quests.0
