Is Funnel Health's heal double debuffed in Cyrodiil?
Short Version
Will the damage (cut by 50%) lead to a smaller heal, which is then in turn cut by 50%?
Long Version
So in Cyrodiil there is 50% damage reduction, and 50% heal reduction.
As a reminder: Funnel Health Steal an enemy's life force, dealing X Magic Damage and healing you and up to 2 nearby allies for 25% of the damage inflicted every 2 seconds.
So if we say Funnel Health hits for 1000, it will then heal 250 per 2s
So theoretically in Cyrodiil, that same spell would hit for 500 (1000/2), then heal for 62.5 ((500/4) /2)?
I'm hoping that the mechanic just halves the original values, but considering I'm looking into NB pvp healing, this is quite worrisome.

✭✭All skills that heal based on damage done don't have their healing part halved. So if your skill would do 1000 damage and heal for 250 in pve, it will do 500 damage and heal for 125 in pvp.
A nice effect happens when you are fighting npcs in the sewers. There your damage doesn't get cut in half, so you get full pve heals.0
