Anyone sell v15/16 blacksmith and clothing mats?

Reached vr16 but still using my vr14 gear because of the high number of mats needed to craft vr16 gear, I checked a few guild traders but couldn't find anyone selling them, does anyone know any guild traders (and where they are currently located) who do sell them? On PS4 europe. Thanks!

If you were in NA I could point you in the direction of someone farming them. If you have Orsinium you can just harvest them there. As long as your Blacksmith and Clothier is 10/10 you will find the materials pretty frequently.PS4 NA AD GM formerly known as GM of "The Children of the Void"
