Xellos77✭✭✭EP Hero is actually probably the easiest title to get (besides Recruit for going to Cyrodiil and skipping the intro quest). Each EP region has a specific number of quests that need to be completed in order to finish the achievement for that zone. Finish all EP zones and the title will unlock.
