disconnects after patch while in cyrodiil

simple to describe: while i am in cyrodiil and faced by big group of other faction players (over 15) everything around me freeze except my character, my chat window works for about 1 minute while everything else is frozen! ( i can talk to friends, in guild etc) then i get back to log in screen.

My girlfriend and I have the same issue. I wish I knew how to fix this because the game is unplayable during primetime because of this
