No crowns added to my account with ESO plus
I submitted a ticket Monday and got a reply back the next day about crowns being on my account.I replied back to the e-mail 48 hours ago and still haven't gotten a reply back. Since in the e-mail it says if I don't contact back within four days they assume the issue is fixed. Well its been almost four days and I still don't have crowns on my account. Can I get any sort of dev help on this? Because as advertised crowns are suppose to activate instantly and I'm well past the allotted time frame for the crowns to show up and they still ain't there. All I ask is help from a person not an automated response.

OmniDevil✭✭✭✭Keep updating your ticket at least once a day (that's what I did). Posting here generally won't help.

I'm curious as to what platform you're on and if this was a renewal or an initial purchase of ESO+. There were issues with renewals on XB, but they supposedly fixed that.0
