Why do exact chars faces look so different on PC vs Xbox one (PC to console transfer)

This isn't a graphics question but asking why my characters facial features are noticeably different.
Logged into PC and it's a big difference in-game and log-in screens almost as if the copy on console has less facial detail options than PC
Anyone else take notice?
It's the same monitor/TV and the same chars so just asking wsup

✭✭✭Well they are different platforms lol and your PC settings likely play a factor. I can't say I have noticed a difference between what my toons looked like on PC and what they now look like on PS4. Even on PC though a character in the creation screen section could look different when they were out in the game, not sure why.PUG Life - the true test of your skill

zornyan✭✭✭✭✭It's pretty simple, ps4/xbox one run on a low- medium setting, pc's can obviously run much higher graphical detail. There's also things you can add to a pc like sweetfx and nvidia adaptive v sync etc to all mod it even further.
