Weapon Switching, works only when it wants too?

So, I don't know if its just the small group of people I play with but why is switching weapon/skill bars completely inconsistent? Some times I need to press the button once, other times I have to hit it 5+ times before it actually switches. Same thing with my friends, we'll be in PvP and they will be screaming "Switch bars you P.o.S." I can't count the amount of times its gotten me killed.

I just died probably 5 times in a row on the final stage of VMSA because I couldn't weapon swap to save my life (literally).
Some days it is far worse than others and it's infuriating.Permanently banned from the forums for displaying dissent: ESO - The Year Behind

✭✭✭It's actually gotten better. You should've seen it like right after launch -__- But yes it is still buggy occasionally. There is also some weird server lag that kicks in sometimes(specifically both me and teammate enjoyed it yesterday while 2 manning vCOH, made it that much more exciting) which always magically happens with good fps and good ping yet abilities cast delays for up to 5 seconds or something and same goes for wep swap. Also enemies' animations, don't see them til it's too late and stuff.
Gotta loooooove it when you desperately spam that one key which you know has shield on it to save your life but instead it has Impulse because your bars never swapped so you just gloriously die while Impulsing.0 -
