the devs should release a new dlc bonus pack with an instant level up one time use one time buy for same price as dlc and include a dlc with it to get your char to ve 16-18 whatever is the new thing by then and increase by 100 cp as stated one time use only 1 per account so choosing wisely would be the tough part haha I think that would be cool

either or I just think it would be a fun update and as said only 1 per account so it wont be considered p2w :)

Even one per account would be considered P2W.

if everyone gets it its not really p2w because to play dlc u need it either sub or buying it and if you sub if u get an included level increase those who want it would use their crowns to purchase it therefore more people than not would have the new char with the high level. and the ones who don't want to purchase the dlc wont but still have the option. if they don't want to spend the money for a dlc then they wouldn't want to spend the money to purchase an instant level either way so that would be their choice but those who do buy the dlc will have it. they would still need to gather armor and ect just have a high char level. in winning they would need some gear to go with it and maybe researches or something else. but just a boost of level and a few cps isn't very game changing in the big picture

That raises a P2W argument (which it would be P2W).With that said, it would be like the Orsinium DLC Collector's Bundle. Which added the Cave Bear mount and the Bear cub as well as five experience scrolls. Which the idea given in the original post is something that would cost more than standard DLC as well as be P2W. This game doesn't need a P2W model. This is also my point of view of course.

Though it would help Zenimax money wise, it would also turn the Crown Store into something that contradicts what the developer promised which was "it isn't going to be a pay to win model, and is solely a cosmetic and convince model"

    You understand what I mean?

It also would be stupid to do. They are going to get rid of all the veteran ranks anyhow, and let c-points take over someday in the not too distant future; and in any case, letting people pay to skip the game and then complain why there isn't enough for them to do in ESO is a very bad business policy.

I got my V14-V16 easy enough with Wrothgar, I expect it will be the same with every future DLC - except once c-points take over, all advancement will be account-wide anyhow.

No thanks to any "instant level packs"...

yes but the vet ranks convert to cp so it wouldn't be pointless in the end because that would mean extra cp as they said the highest vet rank would be 160 points and the other vet ranks would convert 2.5 cp per level so vet 16 would be an additional 40 vet points. on top of the 160. so it has a use. although that could change still worth it imo would help the catch up and they could increase the cp cap for those who already have much more :) just brainstorming is all

No matter how much you want to defend your idea. The fact remains, that it is a Pay-to-Win idea. Even with this idea, Zenimax won't do this sort of thing because even they know it is a pay-to-win. Which as I stated before ZoS did promise not to make any sort of Pay-to-Win content for the Crown Store when they announced the new Buy-to-Play model with inclusion of the Crown Store back in February-March of 2015 before and when the model launched.

And we are lucky promises can not be broken, not even on the pretext of making money.

too true. this isn't kinder garden where promise is a sacred bond of trust that hold lives together. money is more important to keeping a game alive than anything even lore ;)

That depends on your own definition of 'winning'. For some people, winning is reaching a certain level, not acquiring a certain item. The difference between XP scrolls and instant levels is that you still have to work for the reward. XP scrolls don't give instant XP, they reduce the time needed to earn XP from gameplay. It's all about effort vs reward.

yes but then the people who do buy them will level faster without the hassle of checking every 30mins to pop another xp pot

Why would you want to instant level and miss out on all the skill points?
