minor defensive buffs given to NBs and sorcs, but not templars?

i've looked around at skills and such and found out that templars (one of the classes ESO planned to be more tanky than the other two as the other two have escapes) dont have minor resolve and minor ward while all the other classes have minor resolve and DKs (im not bothered about DKs since they are also meant to be a tanky class) + sorcs have minor ward.....
ZOS, add that to the balance list, give us templars these minor buffs.... maybe add it to sun shield and it's morphs? (or radiant ward only? it really needs a buff in itself) but give the buffs a duration of more than 6 seconds :P

Just delete this thought from your mind.
The question is, why is minor fracture 2000+ resistance removed
But minor resolve etc only 960 resistance ?
While major fracture and major resolve are both ~5200 resistance ? WHY ?Auri-El is my lord,
