Here's a dramatization of what went down in the @Wrobel thread.
Eric Wrobel: "I'm starting a discussion on AoE caps, leave feedback below."
Pretty much every reply over the course of a week: "Remove AoE caps. They're hurting PvP."
Eric Wrobel: *waits over a week*"Ball groups suck, right? We don't want that. Anyway here's a bunch of unrelated changes we're considering."
