Shouldn't it be the other way around?! Us players who've had to struggle with a constant ping of over 400 should be the only ones allowed to enter, as these other guys get their stuff already (like actually having a chance at being good and not having a 1-sec lag on absolutely everything).
I want to swear a lot, but I was brought up better than that.
No. Players with "constant pint" over 400 does not deserve any special treatment in regards to this contest.

Whilst I admit I was in an awful mood at ZOS about the selling of Bites on the Crown store at the time, I stand by the gist of my comment.
I certainly don't actually expect any special treatment for being in an area with bad connection to the servers, however I do expect ZOS to try and show at least some kind of respect to us players who are in inelligable countries.
As I said in another discussion, I would have been happy if they'd presented some small alternative prize for people in the other countries that can't enter, and suggested a custom costume/mount etc that could be added. This would be both awesome, and would cost ZOS a whole lot less than 1mil.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

It also has requirements that the bond be posted 7 days prior (florida) or up to 30 days prior (New York) before the contest.this is required in any contest where the prize exceeds 5000 dollars.
Now, one thing I'm not sure of, can we be entered into the 3000 crown give away but not the million dollar give away @ZOS_GinaBruno ? The 3000 crown give away would be legal for a lot of states/countries since it wouldn't exceed the prize limit.2 -

Yeah I just read this when I did 30 seconds research into why Florida was excluded, to answer someone's question. I'm in the UK, so I guess one of the lucky countries with laws a little more lax on sweepstake prizes, but I didn't mind looking up at possible reasons why other places are excluded. People continue to say its ZOS' fault though, that they are discriminating against those countries, but that isn't what they are doing.
