Yeah, the lag is worse. But the game is in better shape than at launch. and no decent Pve endgame for groups or people who came back a year ago and don't have a sub and probably won't just payup for the DLC
A very large percentage of those people don't care about endgame or balance. Heck, I've played this game a lot and I don't care about either.
While I'm sure many would enjoy the DLC, it is likely irrelevant and a large percentage of people who bought ESO haven't even finished their home faction zones. I have a few friends IRL that played less than 1 hour. One got the edition that came with Molag Bal and she never even logged on.0 -

It's fine for me to have signed up in the UK, spent the first 8 months playing from the UK, have an active sub tied to a UK account... but because I am currently on a 3 year work contract in Japan that means I can't enter?
