I think it's in there just because they have the code for it and figured why not. I doubt many will actually buy it as it's pretty easy to find on the cheap in game

I have never come across a wild Vamp/WW, however I have also never had to pay for a bite. Just join pretty much any social guild and they'll have multiple people happy to give you free bites (I'm willing to give mine away too!)
If I were you I would go up to them and type in chat...who wants a free Vampire/Werewolf bite, make them regret the 1000+ crowns they spent.

i actually asked some of them why, apparently some people like the idea of not needing to go up to people nor struggle to do a quest when they can spawn in, slap some cash and play the style they wanted right away.
that being said thats some scary thinking, means people would happly pay to skip grinding *shudders*
