Question on battle roar

So Im wondering exactly how the battle roar passive works?
It states: "Restore amount increased by 70% of the Ultimate's cost"
Ive read it is based on your max ressource, ie. either stam or magicka. But what does the above mean?
Ive noticed when I use Flawless Dawnbreaker (costs 100 ult) it doesnt restore that much to me. I have around 17k stam, and the bar fills up maybe 20%, maybe even less.
So how is the calculation done?

Magicka gain = 0.00175 * your Ultimate cost(with battleroar passive) * your max Magickapool
Health gain = 0.0015 * your Ultimate cost(with battleroar passive) * your max Healthpool
Dont forget to add the 70% increase to the base Ultimate Cost.
The base value is about 0.0015 for health and 0.00175 for magicka / stamina.
In your case that would be the following
Flawless Dawnbreaker
Stamgain: 0.00175 * 170(base cost 100 + 70%=170) * 17000 = 5057.5 Staminareturn
Meteor
Stamgain: 0.00175 * 340(base cost 200 + 70%=340) * 17000 = 10115 Stamreturn

✭✭It scales from all 3 resources now. So nutshell more points you have into a attribute the more you'll get from it.
Used to only scale to magicka which didn't help DK tanks and stamina DKs at all.0
