I love this game and i know you want this game to have a long life and be succesful so you can make money

So how about actually fixing the Loading Screens you cannot tell me your techs cannot fix loading screens for 3 months and your moderators coming to the forums saying we are actively looking into it REALLY?

you want us to pay for this game buy eso plus but you treat us like idiots

Any job where you have a problem and you do not fix it you get fired you are bascially ignoring players

im sure your data shows a big dip in active players now to correct this FIX THE LOADING SCREENS dont tell us your looking into it but when u take the servers down the loading screens get worse and worse

Everywhere i go i see less and less people and hardcore elder scrolls players who wanna play this game left cause you take us for fools

Well, the loading screens take barely any time now for me, before the fix it could take a minute or so each load screen, but now it takes 10 seconds or so, which is very acceptable, imo.

Sheesh, every single day people are saying the same things..the game will die...yada...yada...yada. It's crazy. 1) the forum population is a very small portion of the players. I was on Bleakrock and there was a crazy amount of players doing the quests. 2) I'm sure ZOS is fully aware of the issues; and 3) Just because you say the game is going to die, doesn't mean it's so.

Well, I don't know about the game dying, but I've definitely seen less people around these days than just a month or so ago. If that's because they're all off playing other games, doing real life stuff or just quit is a different matter though.

i don't thin the starting area's are a good poll on how the game is atm.
this is because they announced vet removal and so many people will level alts now so they can be max level when they hit lvl 50. but the biggest test of ZoS will be next DLC. if it can't live up to orsinium things might get hard for them...
and not having text chat on consoles will hurt them in the long run, MMO's is also about the community that isn't really present in game on consoles

I think he, and many others are simply pointing out the fact they when people ask how they are liking ESO they will give a negative review. Player recruitment can do big things I joined with 3 other friends and I'm the only one left and sadly I'm not singing praises. ZOS lack of response on many legitimate thread, despite editing those that break the rules or make have to do with the crown store, does not make for good customer service.

People are on the forums cause the want to be active in making this game better. Reporting bugs/glitches/broken skills benefits ZOS every bit as much as the player who reported it AND MORE. So when ZOS doesn't even bother to acknowledge customer complaints when they are about Bugs, Broken skills, and such it does seem as if they don't care or simple don't respect the player base of their game.

I can understand them not commenting on every complaint that is thrown their way but they're not even acknowledging when something is broke to say "I'm sorry and I will pass this on to Rich (or what ever)" and then to follow up at some point in time is outrages.

Take the templar class for instance. We have at least 5 skills that are bugged or flat out broke, one to the point were we can't use any skills for 10 seconds after using it. Yet no one has said "We're looking into these skills. The issues with x is pretty complex and we're having trouble tracking it down. How ever skill Y will be replaced in the next update so we're unfortunately not going to be able to spend time on it as it would be counterproductive in the long run. We do care and we do thank you for giving us the feed back so that we can improve our product. We'll continue working on these issues and again sorry for the inconvenience."

When they have done this in the past they were greeted nicely and thanked. A month is long to to wait on a response. Saying you're reading on ESOLive but not replying only cause people to post again and again until they just feel insulted and want to give it back.

I'd love to feel optimistic about ESO but I'm left to assume that these devs are spread to thin to address problems in a timely manor, are simply not capable, or simply don't think its worth their time.

While I get that the issue of load screens has been addressed and continues to be worked on I think were all asking the same thing. ZOS give us hope for the future of ESO. That's why most of us are here.

I think the game is far from dying as the Xbox One NA server has a pretty massive population at least from all the players I see running around doing stuff. Load screens have always been kind of long for me I'm guessing because of my slow internet. With the newest update it has been improved a lot for me it takes around 5-10 seconds versus the 30-40 before the patch.

did i say it is. there is a large enough playerbase going on right now. but the hit the game took with the IC DLC. will be really painfull for ZOS. people were hyped to that DLC as mutch as the thieves guild maybe even more

I agree partially, in that 80% of my friends list in-game I never see on anymore. However, I started a new char yesterday and my goodness, there was almost a hundred fresh chars running around Daggerfall and the starter islands, with most of them being completely new players. This game is having a whole lot of people playing games such as Fallout 4 and the other recent single-player games, but I imagine that when they get back there will be a DLC or two released to spike their interest again.
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

    How do you know?Really?
How did you count almost 100?
Did you ask all of them if they are new?
Did you ask a significant sample?
    Did you ask one?
    How?

It is pretty clear that at this moment many of the remaining old timers will start new alts since:
    1. They may have reached their CP cap.
    2. The removal of VR will encourage a lot of us to fill up our alt lineups. I recently started a stam sorc just because of this.

I gave up on them fixing anything last Dec 2014 after paying a Sub for 8 months to help Finance the cash store and free 2 play switch, with very little being fixed.

Now the only thing I have purchased is Imperial city but only had to buy 1500 crowns, and bought Orisinum , DLC But i`ll not buy anything else, or anything Zos works on or publishes in the future,

My guild started in April 2014 with 1300 members all were in the Guild prior to ESO, when the 6 month subs finally ran out, we were down to 275 members out of the 1300.

The 1k members that cancelled their subs and left are still in our guild they are just no longer playing ESO, even when the game went Free 2 play, they decided to not return to ESO.

I`ve been here a year and a half but doubt i`ll still be here in 6 months from now.

lol ... I didn't compile the list I simply copy and pasted from another post. I add to the conversation where as your post does not. It simply calls someone else "childish" with out having any real point but again I think you're here because you also want ESO to succeed so good for you.

I feel strongly about broken classes and the lack of communication so I voiced my opinion for ZOS to read and hopefully respond to. You guys are acting like ZOS is going to ban me for calling them out which would at least be a response.

As for the game dying I don't know that it's dying but its obviously lost many players and is going to lose more players, but turn over is part of ever game or business. I don't know if those joining the game are making up for those who are quitting ... but regardless of how many people are playing this Free 2 Play game the real question is how much money is ZOS making? That's what determines the life span of the game. They might be living DLC to DLC or they might be fully funded for years to come.

I hope they succeed but for them to do that I feel they need to acknowledge when there are problems so people don't think they need to talk louder and louder.
