I tried and failed to log into game.. then went to the account page, could not login there.. then went thru the reset password process.. got that email.. and while it reset the password, it still fails to let me login.
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.

Sigh.. replied back that the Account maintenance was YESTERDAY, according to the header, and I am on PC NA, so no maintenance today. Reguardless, I still cant login to either the account page or the game.Power level to CP160 in a week:

Replied back.. yes.. I DID use my user ID and PW, as I told them in the original ticket... I even was allowed to change my PW, but the new one failed too.
Best part tho? I got a Customer Satisfaction Survey, asking how I liked the resolution..

✭No replies, so I gave up.. did my second password reset of the day, and third in the past two weeks... At least that worked.
