✭✭✭✭✭That opening combo he used must have crit like every hit, because he broke your shield bubble and took 2/3 of your health away just from that. Then it was just a matter of nailing the coffin with that Wrecking Blow finisher.
I too would be curious about your stats, specifically your total health. Also, you seem to be running a stamina build and relying entirely on Critical Surge to heal you, which obviously isn't. Your crit may be too low to rely on this alone, and besides you should realy have something else anyway.
Switch to your off-bar and pop Rally (two hand) before a fight, and you can swap back and cast it again for a heal based on the time since last cast. It also ticks heals over time to boost your Critical Surge regen.
Also, learn to roll dodge those wind-up attacks.1 -

Yeah, i think you should have a look at your build. Your stamina goed down so fast.
Bare in mind that you might run into very experienced pvpers. Especially in imperial city1 -

It's more like you need to pay major attention to your build and playstyle. You'll never kill anyone by spamming bombard28 -

Just took my game out of my ps4 and snapped it in half tired of this crap mmo not text chat on console and pvp is a joke i whent werewolf against someone and they wasn't taking no damage kept spaming vigor for heals i got killed in 2 hits and my physical damage was suppose to take out 11k a hit but it wasn't *** this game not coming back until they fix crap that's wrong with it especially on console

Weak resists, low HP.
There are multiple ways to mitigate/avoid damage in this game. If you play glasscanon like this, you will probably get destroyed against any skilled pvp played, especially if you intend to kill them with a bow.
About surge, you won't get any efficient heals against someone with high mitigation and/or blocking, especially with the -50% debuff from the pvp status.

Then we got better gear, more CPs, but most importantly we got scared. Scared snipless to die so we prioritize our own survival above all else. When we don't, we die.
Keep practicing, and it will get better. I promise you.

That's a terrible set. You should try to get Hunding's Rage & Agility/Endurance. And don't use Hardened Ward on a stam sorc. It's not good.It's time for an overhaul of the current loot system!

That's a terrible set. You should try to get Hunding's Rage & Agility/Endurance. And don't use Hardened Ward on a stam sorc. It's not good.
Check out this build OP. It's dated, but might give you some ideas for a mobile and fun build. I know it's not sorc, but I adapted this to my stam sorc and ran it for a long time. If you need help please just tag me @Jitterbug here and I'll come running.
I quoted ^ because 5xHunding's 5xRavager might be the way to go for you. Otherwise 3xagility jewelry and 3xnight mother's might be a good alternative.0 -

Try 3x Endurance/robust (Rly cheap on PC...don't know about console) with wep-dmg enchants, 5 Hundings-Rage, Rest Nightmother(5 medium, 1 heavy, 1 light). All Armor with Stam-Enchants, Serpent mundus, Blue Bufffood with Stam/HP. This will give you a nice boost to your Stats...maybe there are better Setups, but this is a pretty cheep version, so you don't have to spend that much money
This Should give you 35k+ Stam, 23k+ HP, 1,5k+ Stam reg, 3.6k+ Wep-dmg...Everything else...l2p ;-)
Note, that these stats also depend on your CP...i just thought about my stats and lowered them a bit...i think you're not at CP-cap yet, so maybe they are a bit lower.
