5 medium 1 heavy 1 light, you can't go wrong with that with any type if stamina build BUT - I think you're asking wrong question here. Nobody knows your playstyle better than you do. Different sets benefit different playstyles. You should aim at understanding the game mechanics, then you can make the best decision. If somebody just tells you what to wear, that won't be nearly as beneficial.
