armor glitting bug

Something happened and now all armor and shields in game glitter. This has happened before, and I fixed the glint by reinstalling the game. But now reinstalling doesn't help anymore (after standart uninstall I deleted all game files from Program Files, ProgramData, Documents ) but armor still glitters. Pls Help

✭This is odd, I always thought this is the normal way it looks like. It has ALWAYS been like this on my end, especially with medium armor. I wasn't aware that it's actually a glitch, good to know!
