Crowns discount lower on Xbox?

I have both a PC and Xbox ESO account. On PC I was able to buy the 5500 crowns bundle with 40% discount as advertised, but on Xbox the discount is only 20%. Is this an error, or one of those things hidden in bacterial print in "terms and conditions"?

    My Xbox has it at %40 on the 5500 Crowns at least.
    I checked on my console about 20 minutes ago.

    Its not that the discount is lower its that the xbox store prices are higher...

    Ah, I guess... On PC I paid £14 and on Xbox £19. So I guess I should stock up if that's the best deal :-)

    Yeah from most expensive to least on crowns I believe it goes Xbox, ps4 then pc

    Well, I'm on XB NA, and my prices for Crown packs are the same as they are for me on PC. I'm guessing this is a EU thing?
