build calculator

I trying to find a tool online that will allow me to build a character with armor. I've seen several skill calculators, but this is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a way to maximize my armor/weapon build to give me the most DPS/crit hit, etc with all of the new sets.

I'm currently a Imperial Templar. Have all skill points and shyshards from all maps except PVP (where I do have many).

My current build is (all gold except jewelry)
4 piece Magnus
3 piece Arch-Mage
3 Piece Willpower (healthy)
2/1 piece Torugs Pact (weapons)
2 pieces nirn armor and all weapons nirn
glyphs are 3 health and 4 magicka on armor with max spell damage on jewelry
Attributes are around 24 heath with the rest in magicka.

I'm able to survive well, but my DPS is at like 2900 and would like to find a way to get it much higher. Spell crit is ~40%

Have about 230 Champion points put into magicka based damage

So I'm looking for some advice and a build calculator. Thanks.

The current meta for PvE endgame magicka builds is based on 5 piece Julianos and 3 piece Willpower (Arcane). For the remainder consider using 4 piece Magnus, 1-2 Kena and Torug or Arch-Mage. You should be using nirn only on weapons and divines on everything else and use the Thief mundus. You should strife to have all Magicka enchants and all your attribute points ito Magicka. A reasonable dsitribution for your Mage constellation CP with 230 CP is 29 points in Elfborn, 1 in Spell Erosion (or Blessed if you want more heals, the benefit from 1 point in Spell Erosion is quite small) and 46 points in Thaumathurge.
