Public Dungeon respawn timers

For the love of god please reduce these to 5 mins like world bosses, taking an hour to do a public dungeon due to waiting on boss respawns is not fun...

✭You're probably just having others come and take them out whilst you're away. I've had them spawn every 7 mins or less whilst doing the rounds of the dungeons myself; very useful for getting the Ancient Orc style from the Wrothgar dungeons.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

Well yes others have killed them but I've been sitting in front of a boss spawn for 9 minutes now so...

✭Hmm...I have found that a watched spawn never...spawns, to change the age-old saying. Never timed it, but it seems to be a minor mechanic where any boss spawn is slower when there are players nearby. ✭That horrible respawn timing (in Cyrodiil delves, for instance) is the only reason I don't have the Explorer title. Life is too short, really.

I just pick the least populated campaign on non-peak times and do some Cyro delves that way. Still haven't gotten Explorer either though, as a couple of AD delves are bugged for me and killing the boss doesn't clear the dungeon...I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

Oh, I would pick the least populated campaign, but I don't know which that might be (that's why I posted this thread just two days ago).
But either way, there's always at least one boss per dungeon (if it's not a very small one) which apparently takes days to spawn, while the other bosses keep respawning over and over again.

You're doing it wrong.
Public dungeon bosses aren't simply on a timer. They don't all spawn at the same time. This means that if you go to a boss location and boss isn't there, chances are you're going to have to kill some OTHER boss before the first one respawns. So if you're alone in the dungeon, you could be in for a LONG wait.
TLDR: stop camping one boss and go kill the others.1
