Crash after launching the game and on loading screen (Solution found)

I bought game, i didn't even made a character and i can't play...

Crash comunicate below and other stuff:
Server: Eu,
Widnows: 7 64bit,
Videocard: Radeon HD 3870 X2
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9000 @ 2.00GHz
RAM: 8GB,
And latest graphic drivers.

I already tried with "direct7" to "opengl" at log and changing properties from numworking "-1" to "0" and i even lowered all requirements to minimum, reinstalled game, i've closed launcher after clicking play, i runned it as administrator and did other stuff and nothing. Any help? Pleeeaaaaaseee?

Ok. Somehow i managed to play,atleast for a while. But still - during the game - every 5-10 minutes i have crashes. Maybe it's because of Error 209? How can i solve this problem? Can someone help me?

Finally i found a solution by myself. I was playing for a 2 hours straight without a single crash.
That what helped me. Because i have dual Radeon i had to turn off Crossfire in Catalyst Control Center (Games tab > 3D settings) and i changed usersettings.txt (in My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu) line SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D11" to SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9".

And about support. Thank you for nothing

imo support was just trying to pretend to be helpful, while they were just "copy paste" .Finally they answered me that my laptop doesn't meet minimum requirements and then they just stop with helping me. That was strange, because i could play on medium req. smoothly. So dear support, try harder next time with another person who need help
