Can't get into the game

Since yesterday my husband and I have been very laggy and been kicked multiple times while questing. Mostly it says I have connection issues which when I test on xbox there are none and everything else I use for Internet works fine. Now I keep getting a loading profile error saying I don't have multiplayer permissions. Xbox multiplayer connection test says I'm fine and can't get past the start screen. Something needs fixed.

DragonSamurai360✭✭✭Make sure your Xbox Live Gold still has time on it, as any Xbox multiplayer requires it. If not renew it, restart your console, and try again.0
