Freezing Issue!!! Creating new Characters?!?!

Anyone else having this issue?? As soon as I get to "name character" I can't do anything. The cusor just flashes on the keyboard. It's like the controller just freezes I can't even go to dashboard. The issue also happens if I try to send a help message through the game. Please help!! I can't make a new character!!! Boooo

TrueGTI✭Issue resolved!! IF ANYONE RUNS INTO THIS PROBLEM. It is a controller issue and I was able to resolve it by doing a "hard reset" of the Xbox. Unplugging and pluggin back in. EnjoyXbox, NA,GT - Gx3 TrueGTI
