Is roll dodge bugged or is surprise attack hitting through dodge like whips?

As above. Just curious, haven't really PvP'd a whole lot since the patch, but I just can't seem to get away from surprise attack (or magica morph). It hits mid dodge just like DK whips atm. Just asking out of curiosity.

✭I don't think any specific skill hits through dodge roll now.
It is dodge roll itself that is bugged

Templar charge is an AOE I believe, so it's almost as BS as fear when you're trying to dodgeroll. It's intended, but it really shouldn't be.0 -

Lotus fan hit´s through dodge bc it´s a magica aoe.
The templar charge with the aoe morph does the same.
