Unusually load load all the time.

Since September updates and imperial city. Every load screen is a unusually load loud time message. Is there a way to fix this? My Internet provider is fios and is the fastest they sell. Who should i contact regarding fixing this issue? When in a group, wen i finally load into the area, they are already there and for 25+ seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated

✭They have tried to fix this long loading time on the PC with the latest patch. As far as I am aware the patch to fix some of the loading problems for consoles is on its way to being certified so will arrive soon"If a stick of fish is a fish stick, it will stick like other fish sticks stick"
