Is there an ESO armory for Android available? I know that Blizzard offers a WOW one. Does something exist for ESO?

✭nope - no armory at all as far as i know.spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

What about the lorebooks? Can I read them in an app or on a website? It's just that I prefer reading those slowly before I go to bed as if there were my bedtime stories.
It's just that I don't wanna read all of it ingame while my guild needs help.

AkeGamer✭✭@fetito666 Once you complete the Mage Guild quest line, you'll receive a gift in the form of an ability to read any Lore Book you ever looked at. So yes, you can open your journal and read at your leisure, but in game. I'm not aware of a site that allows you to do the same.1
