Craglorn skyshards bugged!! BUG!!!

Hallo ZOS ( @ZOS_GinaBruno ) I was in lower west craglorn two days ago, doing dungeons (skyshards) and I have encountered like 2 - 3 skyshards which were not taken by me, but I was not able to take them, the light was up, but there was no way of taking them. I have never encountered this bug before. In the other provinces I had never a problem with this. This was my first time Craglorn, so I was wondering how bugged this region is. A few times re-logging helped, but few times even not.
Could the devs please have a look at it and repair this?

✭Most errors in game can be corrected by the simple steps listed below.
Did you turn your PC off and on?
Did you restart your router?
Did you attend your national power grid, break in, hack the security system and shut down the power for 26 days?
When you have completed these steps please restart everything ensuring that you restart everything in the same order you turned it off.
Please ensure you have followed the above steps as this will resolve most errors.
Please note: as PCs run on smoke, is it possible all the smoke has escaped your PC?

How do you know they have a PC and not a console? Just curious because I've never run into this problem on PC, could be a problem on console.
