I'm not sure where I should post about quest problems, so I'm putting it here.First, the quest is NOT broken, it is completable. It just doesn't seem to be working right.
First, the quest is NOT broken, it is completable. It just doesn't seem to be working right.
After I listened to Hircine, the quest objective would not change to collect tribute, and it wouldn't turn me into werewolf form. I left the hunting grounds and came back and the objective changed.
After I howled for my pack, the quest objective didn't change. The pack just kept feeding, I left and came back, the quest objective changed.
After that it wouldn't let me talk to Hircine to complete that quest, I left and came back, and it was fine.
Lastly, I am a werewolf, and have the skill line, but my character also still has Sanies Lupinus in active effects.
I bit another player and they experienced the same problems that I just described.

    Nope, you're not right. After you get bitten, you have "disease" status on you. After you complete quest, you have Lcantrophy status. But as it is now, you have both after you complete quest, which is not correct.

    Yup, I just did it yesterday and it's a little bugged. :p Have to leave then re-enter to upgrade each step of the quest. Can still complete it this way, though.

    Yeah you have to relog about 5 times to complete it

    TL;DR = Don't wear a costume during quest.

    After fooling around with the workaround on this quest (logging or leaving portal does move the quest forward) I noticed one thing that for some reason was messing with the ability to feed (also you would keep your original skills on your bar). I had the XIVKYN DREADGUARD POLYMORPH on while doing the quest and could not feed at all. I would get to Feed With Pack and couldn't do anything. I tried everything. Re-logging, restarting PS4, leaving portal, waiting 15 minutes for soft reset, switching characters, button re-mapping, playing another game, etc I finally thought maybe having the costume was causing the problem and well I guess that was it...

    Anyways, if you do have a problem with feeding try removing your costume and see if that helps.

    Follow the stream if you like the stream. Marry the stream if you love the stream.
