Torug's Pact Armor Set Bugged

Running (1) v15 Torugs Pact, (1) v14 Maw Infernal Eps and the rest v15 Twilights I get 2419 Spell Damage. I replace the Maw of Infernal Eps which only gives 1002 Health with another piece of Torug's which should give me 121 additional spell damage and my spell damage drops to 2417. The Torug' Pact is not giving the buffs as intended.

I am having a similar issue. I run: 5 Julianos, 3 willpower, 2 Kena, 1 Torugs staff (dont have maelstrom). It is all gold V16 and I sit at exactly 2600 spell damage, unbuffed. I made a Torgus Pact hat to swap out for my Kena Hat. Replacing this should grant me additional spell damage, but it does not. It stays at exactly 2600. Very frustrating.

I probably need to run some tests to see if this is just a character sheet bug or an actual combat bug.

It's a visual bug as far as I can tell, the damage is still applied.

Damage with 5x Julianos 2x Kena 1x Torug's = 9,970 with 2,320 spell damage.
Damage with 5x Julianos 1x Kena 2x Torug's = 10,281 with 2,317 spell damage.

So yeah, purely a visual bug.

if you run dw on one bar it applies the 2p torugs bonus on the sheet even if you are on other bar (staff)

Its purely a UI bug, that shows some wrong numebrs

Well if its a UI issue then ZOS needs to get off their butts and fix the issue not just sit on it. By researching the forums I see this has been reported for some time now.

Same issue on ps4. Running 5 pc kargenacs hope, 2 torags 2 magus on one bar and 5 karg, 3 magus on the other and spell dmg only changes about 20 points when i switch, despite the fact that it should be the full torag's spell dmg bonus

Haha - I just crafted a pair of v16 torug's pact weapons today, and read this afterwards ! Anyway, as others have said - pretty sure it's just a UI bug.

If this is indeed just a UI bug, they really need to get around to fixing it.

It's really hard (for those purists that don't want to use and will refuse to use add ons) to tell what the proper numbers for their stats are suppose to be so that they can meet the requirements for their guild' raiding party.
