(BUG)2 handed axe and the bleed procc. Its broken

When you attack someone with 2h and keep atacking them, the bleed will never procc, because it cancels itself out. If you attack and then stop for roughly 1 second, the bleed will start. If you attack once and stop it seems to have nearly 100% procc chance, but it will never procc if you keep attacking/dmging that same target. Pls @Wrobel have a looksie. thanks

    Mate just give it up. They "fixed' bleeding as the are "fixing" most of the things - put a band aid on it - so the reduced the chance for bleed to apply in vain hope it will proc sometimes - thats the best they can do.
