Torugs pact and Ashen grip bugs PLEASE ANSWER GINA :)

on both my magicka templar and stamina night blades Torugs pact and the Ashen grip sets i noticed there weapon and spell damage are low so when investigating i noticed i could take off a piece and lose the damage bonus BUT my spell/weapon damage remains the same.... now has anyone heard conformation from ZOS that this is a UI error?? Not there friends best friends dog who knows the cousin pups friend that "tested" this two patches ago?? I need to know if I am a walking wet noodle!

Reeko✭✭✭✭I noticed this too. I wear Torugs shoulder and a staff for the 2 piece. When i completely un-equip the shoulders my spell damage stays the same.
