Are CP points in "Resistant" Bugged?

For PvP I decided to test something out so i made a belt with Impenetrable Trait and upgraded it to Gold. It now gives me 250 increased crit resistance. I also have 3 points in Resistant (Steed Skill in Cp Tree) and that supposedly gives me "Reduces the amount of damage you take from critical hits by 2.2%. My character sheet is only showing me that i have 250 increased Crit Resistance and it appears not to calculate in "Resistant"'s 2.2%.
Is it bugged? Am i understanding something incorrectly with how this is supposed to work? Shouldn't it give a little more resistance in my character sheet? Thanks.
Oh, and what if none of my gear was Impenetrable and i continued putting points into resistant? Would i get a Percentage decrease of 0 since i dont have anything equipped with Crit resistance to factor out a percentage? Thanks again.

Second it use to be that CPs were not reflected in the character sheet, I don't know if that was changed.
As for your resistance question. If you had 0 resist, then the addition of the cp percentage would still be 0.
I do believe there is a base minimum, so im thinkin there will always be a number to have an effect with.0
