Torugs Pact or DW bugged?

Id like a definitive answer from ZOS.
My gear:
Head: Torugs
Shoulder: Molag Kena
Chest, belt, gloves, legs, feet: Kagrenac
Jewellery: Willpower
Weapons: Torugs
Bar 1: Dual wield
Bar 2: Restoration staff
On my DW bar I get an increase of 26 (twenty six) spell power.
Before 1.7 I'd get an increase of around 260 spell power.

Trihugger✭✭✭Someone did a real quick/easy rough test to just check if you did indeed hit harder with the 2 torug than w/o (made some white gear to replace slots type deal) and confirmed that it is adding the spell/weapon damage. I cannot confirm if this spell damage is being properly multiplied by passives (like what a sorc gets for slotting sorc skills).
Hopefully they're all working just fine but aren't appearing only as a visual bug. In which case I would hope they fix other things that... you know... say they do something but actually don't =D.0 -

✭Torugs is bugged period and ZOS has not fixed it.
Running (1) Torugs Pact, (1) Maw Infernal Eps and the rest Twilights I get 2419 Spell Damage. I replace the Maw of Infernal Eps which gives 1002 Health with another piece of Torug's which should give me 121 additional spell damage and my spell damage drops to 2417.Edited by Palidon on November 23, 2015 4:52PM0
